Customer Care

Quality Guarantee: 

We love to see you smile and do our best to build produce boxes that we would personally want to receive. If you are not fully satisfied with the quality of your order, we will provide a refund or replacement product on us.

Order Policy: 

We are a small, family owned and operated farm. To ensure consistent quality, we request a courtesy window of at least 4 hours between placing an order and your selected pickup time. This allowance gives us time to harvest your produce so it's at peak freshness when you receive it. Rush orders on produce (less than 4 hours notice) may be subject to a $10 service charge at our discretion.

Pickup Policy: If you have placed an order online and are unable to pick up your items, please contact us immediately to cancel your pickup. Most of our produce is picked fresh to order and unclaimed orders result in lost processing time and wasted product. We're sorry, but we cannot refund for quality loss on orders that are not picked up during your selected pickup window. Online produce orders that have been harvested, but are not claimed will not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding!
