Updated: Aug 15, 2023

Come out and join Central Steaders OK on Sunday, August 27 from 3-6pm for an afternoon of fun and community building. Make new friends, learn valuable skills, and find sources for local farm fresh products you love in a unique, refreshing environment. Event includes children's activities, food, cold drinks and ancestral skills & wisdom demonstrations. You never know what you're going to find at Community Day! It's not just a farmers market or fundraiser. It's something more! It's a time to put away the screens, have some honest fun and get reconnected with the simple goodness of life.

Your little ones will have a blast participating in wholesome activities that build positive character qualities like confidence, perseverance and creativity, while also emphasizing the value of cooperation and kindness to others.

Want to broaden your knowledge and be ready if disaster strikes? Check out the intro to emergency preparedness workshop at 4 pm! You will get information about obtaining clean water, heat and shelter in a crisis situation.

The Sparks Fire Department is hosting this month's event and will be serving up hot dogs, snacks and drinks for everyone to enjoy! This event is free to attend, but all donations will go directly towards supporting the firefighters and the vital service they provide for our local community. Location is 210 W. Guss in Sparks, OK. Can't wait to see you there!
